Cancellations or Changes to Existing Orders
If you need to make a change to an order after it has been placed please email us right away. If your order has not been processed we will do our best to make adjustments.
However, if your order has already been processed & shipped we will unfortunately not be able to make changes until your shipment has been received, at which time we will work to resolve the issue.
If you have made your order on the Instagram/facebook platform and need to make a change, we are unfortunately unable to make ANY changes at this time (ie. add item, remove item, add discount, change shipping address.) So please make sure all information is correct. This is a meta policy that no changes be made, not ours.
We will accept returns for full priced unopened items in new condition within 14 days after order delivery based on tracking details.
-Sale or 2nd Sale items are a final purchase, and any item purchased during sales or promotion are a final sale. (This includes blackfriday and another seasonal sales)
-Shipping fees are non-refundable, if you received free shipping or paid a flat-rate shipping the true shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.
-The customer is responsible for all return shipping to Oak & Ever, should you choose to ship in a manner that is not fully insured and the package is lost or damaged that is not a responsibility of Oak & Ever.
-For orders over $200 that are returned there will be a 10% restocking fee assessed.
-After returned items are received we will inspect them and will process the return, It can take up to 7 business days from the date we receive it. Returned items that are received in opened packaging or are damaged in any way will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from total return, or may be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.
