Shipping Update, January 29, 2026
While both UPS and USPS locations in our area have reopened, they are currently experiencing significant delays due to ongoing winter weather conditions. Many roads remain icy or impassable, and some delivery routes are only partially operating. This has created a backlog of packages, which is also causing delays at regional and main carrier hubs.
We are continuing to pack and process orders as quickly as possible, but we kindly ask that you allow a few extra days for carrier pickup and delivery at this time. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we navigate these weather-related disruptions.
Shipping Update, January 27, 2026
Due to severe winter weather, some deliveries and pickups may be delayed. Please review the update below for the latest information.
USPS and UPS were closed on January 26, with no pickups and no drop-off locations available. We are continuing to pack orders as usual, but please expect a delay of a few days in carrier pickups and potential transit delays with USPS and UPS.
Our local area is currently experiencing icy and unsafe driving conditions, which may impact both drop-offs and scheduled pickups. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ship orders as quickly and safely as possible.
Standard Shipping
Orders usually are shipping within 2-3 business days.
We ship with UPS & USPS Ground from Annapolis, Maryland please see the chart below with estimates for delivery times.
However please keep in mind once a package leaves our hands we have no control over the timeline and delivery and any delays that may happen, that is why we have our recommenced order by date a few days early to give a little extra time for our hardworking carriers this holiday season.
Please note that once a package has shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, change the delivery date, or refund or cancel your order.
Shipping Charges
Under $150 - $9 shipping within the US except Hawaii and Alaska (Additional fee if noted as a “Bulky”)
Over $150 - Free shipping within the US except Hawaii and Alaska (Additional fee if noted as a “Bulky” )
*Bulky items will have an additional fee due to their large size/weight that will be added on after checkout. Unfortunately due to the increased cost of shipping these large products we cannot offer free or flat rate shipping for these items.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days during regular business hours Monday – Friday; excluding holidays. Please allow extra time during extra busy times like Black Friday - cyber Monday
