2025 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Orders are typically going out the same day (if placed before noon EST) or the next day at this point. We will continue doing our best to keep processing times this fast, but please know that once a package leaves our hands, delivery speed is completely out of our control. Carrier delays do happen this time of year.
Below are our recommended last days to place orders for expected delivery by December 24, for standard delivery, which in most cases is USPS or UPS Ground:
West Coast: December 15
Mountain Region: December 16
Midwest: December 17
East Coast: December 18
Local Maryland / DMV Area: December 20
**We will continue to ship out orders the same or next day even after these dates pass, so there is still a chance your package may arrive on time.
We also offer upgraded shipping options in the drop down menu at checkout if you would like a faster service.
Please place orders early whenever possible to avoid disappointment. We truly appreciate your support this season and are working hard to get every package out the door as quickly as we can.

We ship with UPS & USPS Ground from Annapolis, Maryland please see the chart below with estimates for delivery times.
However please keep in mind once a package leaves our hands we have no control over the timeline and delivery and any delays that may happen, that is why we have our recommenced order by date a few days early to give a little extra time for our hardworking carriers this holiday season.
Please note that once a package has shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, change the delivery date, or refund or cancel your order.
Shipping Charges
Under $150 - $9 shipping within the US except Hawaii and Alaska (Additional fee if noted as a “Bulky”)
Over $150 - Free shipping within the US except Hawaii and Alaska (Additional fee if noted as a “Bulky” )
*Bulky items will have an additional fee due to their large size/weight that will be added on after checkout. Unfortunately due to the increased cost of shipping these large products we cannot offer free or flat rate shipping for these items.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days during regular business hours Monday – Friday; excluding holidays. Please allow extra time during extra busy times like Black Friday - cyber Monday
